Rachel was born and raised in Reno, Nevada where she started performing and dancing when she was 7 years old. She moved to the Bay to attend Saint Mary's College of California where she graduated with a B.A. in Sociology and Dance. Rachel loves to travel, learn as many styles of dance as she can, and wants to create a space and community for dancers all over the world to come home to. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys hiking, cooking, making videos, and exploring everything the Bay has to offer. She currently dances with INQ, Deborah Slater Dance Company, Mbody Dance Company, and more. Rachel joined our Full Out Fam in October 2017.

Edward graduated from UC San Diego with a Major in Computer Science. He was born and raised in SD and moved to the bay area to work in the tech industry. He has just started his dance journey and is looking to improve and learn whatever he can. When not dancing, he’s either eating, working out, or baking. He currently dances with QTZ. Edward joined our Full Out Fam in February 2019.

Faith was born and raised in the Bay Area. She began her dance journey at 10 years old and grew up in a small town studio before training at Full Out and with QTZ. Faith is a dance major who prefers to spend all her time in any studio. She's spent years assisting teachers with hip hop classes just for her love of teaching and making sure people get the one-on-one attention and support to help their passion grow! Faith doesn't get much free time but makes time to go to small artists' concerts and travel! Faith joined our Full Out Fam in September 2019.

Kelsi is a Bay Area native who has been dancing since her mom put her in classes when she was three. After growing up as a competition kid and captaining her high school dance team, she joined Danceworx at UC Berkeley where she choreographed tap and continued training in jazz, contemporary, and hip hop. She is currently a member of INQ Dance Company. Outside of dance, Kelsi enjoys writing, crafting, doodling in her planner, traveling, and geeking out about everything from Mike Schur sitcoms to Disney to Animal Crossing. She joined the Full Out Fam in April 2021.

Jasmine Desiree is a San Fernando Valley native with an ever-growing love for the Bay Area. She graduated from San Francisco State with a B.A. in Dance and Psychology. She has danced under the direction of Wendy Diamond, Arvejon Jones, Ray Tadio, dana fitchett, and Karen Luu. Her dance journey officially began in 2016, training in ballet, modern, and jazz. Her interests have since expanded to include hip-hop, afro-beats, and heels.In her free time, Desiree enjoys meeting new people, exploring cafes, traveling, roller skating, and rock climbing. Full Out has offered a home base for her dance and community to thrive! She recently joined the QTZ training team and wrapped up her second summer as staff for Berkeley/Oakland’s AileyCamp. She is excited to move and groove with the Full Out family which she joined in August 2022!

Jane is a Bay Area native who now lives in Oakland. By day she is a high school science teacher in Oakland. Her dance background is mainly in social dance (swing, blues and fusion) after doing ballet, jazz and ballroom as a child. Outside of Full Out you'll find her cooking, traveling, telling funny stories about her students, working on embroidery and other crafts, and sitting in the sunshine at Lake Merritt. Jane joined our Full Out Fam in March 2021.

Edgar was raised in Mexico but moved to Seattle, WA in 2017 and a year ago moved to San Francisco. He was introduced to dance in Mexico when his parents forced him into traditional Latin American dance classes. He danced for as long as he can remember and not until he moved to the United States he began training in Hip Hop. Before the pandemic hit he was on a competition team at Allegro Performing Arts Academy and was captain of the dance team both sophomore and junior year of high school. He stopped dancing once the pandemic hit and took his first dance class 3 years at Full Out. He now takes any class and trains any chance he gets. He joined the Fam in August 2022. Edgar cannot wait to meet all of you and starting dancing together!

Dane recently moved back to the Bay Area, looking to get involved again with the local dance community. He's been dancing since he was nine, valuing versatility in various dance styles. Dane has been professionally performing across the state in musical theater and dance, as well as directing and choreographing several productions. He likes to say dance has led him to another career in the arts which is currently Graphic Design. Dane joined the Full Out Fam in January 2023.

Robbie - Military-brat (Thanks for your service, Pops), born in Wiesbaden, Germany, California raised, and has lived in 3 of the most affluent cities in the state over the last decade or so (Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco). Loves all the cute fluffy creatures from afar, but sadly has severe allergies to animal dander (hypoallergenic animals welcome any time for the snuggies <3). Been dancing for a long, long, looong time, but these days mostly vibing with hip-hop and Femme-influenced styles (#BadB**chEnergy). Unintentionally cracks dry, slap-stick jokes and giggles during awkward silence. May potentially sit there silently and just observe. The pandemic has made it a little hard to create small talk, so will often take a while to respond to things due to self-reflection and to avoid being offensive (Totally Nice! SWEAR! It just takes a minute to warm up!) Fav color is blue, hobbies include gym, binge watching anime (ENG DUB/Fight me), picking up/putting down learning Tagalog, spending quality time with loved ones, and loves to isolate for a few days to recharge a.k.a. do nothing. Robbie joined the Full Out Fam in September 2023.

Kylie was born and raised in Augusta Georgia, where she began dancing at the age of 3, primarily focused in ballet. Around the age of 6, she started her early dance career as a competitive dancer and was trained in several different dance styles such as ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, modern, and hip hop. At 17, she began choreographing and teaching a variety of classes for her studio, working with children ranging in ages from 3 to 18 years old. After visiting the Bay Area for the first time in 2022, Kylie decided that she wanted to expand more in her dance career journey and ultimately made the decision to move across the country to continue her training a year later.
Kylie is currently a member of Groove Generation and Tribe Called Groove. Outside of dance she works as a barista and supervisor at a local coffee shop and likes to spend her free time exploring as much of the Bay Area as she can. Kylie loves sharing her passion for dance with others and hopes to find more ways to share that passion within the community. Kylie joined the Full Out Fam in November 2023.

Georgi is originally from Orange County, California but moved to San Francisco about a year ago to continue to fulfill her dreams and goals in dance. She is currently a dance teacher at a couple of studios as well as trains multiple days of the week and is apart of a competition hip hop crew originally from Berkeley. Georgi joined the Full Out Fam in October 2022. She is excited to continue her training at Full Out as well as excited to meet and see new faces! So if you ever see her working, don't be shy to say hi!

Annaliese Davis is an aspiring 49er cheerleader born in Oakland and now living in Alameda. She has taken many styles of dance including German Dance, Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Cheerleading, Zumba, Salsa, Heels, and African Dance. Full Out has been a great outlet for her to come and train for upcoming NFL cheer auditions! She attends the Laney Cocmetology program and works at a salon (Calm, A Salon) as a receptionist. When she is not in school or dancing she enjoys hanging out with friends, learning hair/makeup/nail techniques, and doing barre workouts. She is so excited and blessed to join the Full Out Fam and joined the fam in April 2023!

Jada was born and raised in the bay area who has been dancing since she was 7 years old. She started off training in jazz and hip hop and is now focusing on hip-hop, tahitian dancing and dancing in heels! Jada also enjoys crocheting and traveling. Joined our Full Out Fam in November 2022.

Andrio is a high-energy “Triple Threat” performer with extensive training in dance, vocal & instrumental music, theatre, and film. Andrio graduated from St. Mary's College of California with a double major in Dance and Marketing. Andrio is also a creative-driven marketer who specializes in content production and design, aesthetics, photography, film, and digital design. Andrio loves aesthetics training at the gym, reading and collecting books, taking local dance classes, painting, playing jazz music, and playing a lot of video games. Originally from Manila, Philippines, and moved out to the Bay Area in 2018. Joined the Full Out Fam in June 2023.

Sharifa was born and raised in Grenada, an eastern Caribbean country. She started dancing as a kid and gained experience in styles such as modern, jazz, bélé, soca, ballet and more. She moved to the Bay a year ago to start her career in public health. With this move she also decided to embrace dance in a new way ~ focusing on building community and challenging herself with new styles to strengthen her confidence and technique. Outside of dance Sharifa loves to travel, enjoys weightlifting and yoga, and volunteers with political advocacy groups. Sharifa joined the Fam in January 2023.

Kat was born and raised in Newbury Park, CA and moved to the Bay Area in 2018. In 2022, Kat graduated from Saint Mary's College of CA with a dance and business degree. She has been dancing since she was four years old in all styles (jazz, ballet, hip-hop, jazz funk, contemporary, modern). As a teen, Kat was apart of the dance competition world as she trained at Bobbie's School of Performing Arts. In college, she was apart of the SMC dance company and spirit team for all 4 years. Her last 3 years on the SMC spirit team she was named captain. After graduation, Kat has been dancing for fun in her free time and trying to get into new styles of dance thanks to the help of the classes FullOut studios. She joined the Fam in October 2023.

Bay Area born and raised, Emily has a deep-rooted passion for outdoor adventure and espresso drinks. Growing up she danced at ODC in San Francisco, and later joined her college dance team. Her favorite forms of movement are free-flowing and firece, like West African and Jazz Funk (though she REALLY wants to learn tap!). During the day she works at an East Oakland school as the Community Outreach Manager. She is pumped to be joining the Full Out fam and joined in September 2022.

Sarah grew up in Munich, Germany where she started dancing as a teenager. Since then she gets obsessed with contemporary and jazz dance. Sarah studied social work and besides she did a part time education in dance. So she spent most time in the studio. Sarah just moved in the Bay Area and began to work at a social emotional counselor at a German school. Now she‘s looking forward to get some groove and joined the QTZ dance team. Sarah joined the Full Out Fam in June 2023.

Samira (she/her) is a LA native who recently moved to the Bay Area. She started dancing at the age of 8, learning ballet, tap, contemporary, and jazz. Her childhood passion for dance culminated with a competitive hip-hop team in high school. After graduating from UCLA, she started taking dance classes (including a new interest in pole dance) again while working in clinical research. As her career goal to become a physician focused on improving healthcare access and quality for immigrant and queer communities developed, her passion for dance reignited. Outside of dance and work, Samira loves to crochet, volunteer with social justice initiatives, and spend time with her partner and two cats. Samira eagerly anticipates the opportunity to rebuild her skills in dance while connecting with like-minded individuals at Full Out Studios. She joined the fam in September 2023.

Lorna was born, raised, and still resides in San Francisco, California. She began her early life dancing Hula and Tahitian, but later learned other traditional dances in her Samoan and Tongan cultures, along with Māori and Fijian. She was a student athlete in basketball for 11 years of her life year- round. Playing for her school teams. two different girls’ division basketball teams, and earning 4 years as a starting center for Varsity Basketball. But after too many concussions, she decided to step away from contact sports and to fulfill dance as the main movement of her life with Full Out in 2018. Joining QTZ this year in 2022 and the front desk, she is very excited to be apart of a new team and family to support her in this new dance journey. When Lorna is not dancing she is focused on her photography business Love, Lorna’s Lens or finding new places to take naps. <3

Vivian (she/her) was born and raised in La Mirada, CA and has been living in the Bay Area for the past 5 years. She started dancing when she was 7 years old, taking primarily ballet, jazz, and contemporary classes. In high school she competed on her school's dance team and continued dancing and choreographing in college on campus dance clubs. She took a short hiatus from dancing after grauduating last December, but is excited to start taking classes more regularly again and exploring new styles of movement during her time at Full Out Studios. Outside of dance, she works full time in the public health field and is an aspiring physician, aiming to increase access to healthcare and address health inequities. In her free time, she enjoys petting her cat, finding new music, practicing photography, exploring new hiking trails, and drawing. Vivian joined the Fam in October 2023.

We are currently in search of additional Front Desk support staff to help out at Full Out! We are looking for personable, responsible individuals who love dance as much as we do. Must have good communication & organizational skills. This position is a volunteer/work-study program that is unpaid. Full Out Staff do get perks that include free classes on the days of your shift, half-off on pop-ups, discounts on our events such as Unplugged and Skillshops and more.
