About the Space

Located on the corner of 7th St and Union, this 5000 sq ft creative venue is perfect for the movement, dance, and yoga community. It is available to rent for dance classes, yoga, & fitness instruction. We are a short walk from the West Oakland Bart Station and about 10 minutes from Downtown Oakland. We are also right across from Oakland’s 7th West bar.

The warehouse is divided into 3 rooms, each with their own individual Sound System and Features. Read more about the specifics of each studio space below.

The Studios

WARHOL 

Our biggest studio perfect for bigger teams and when you need more space.

  • Measures 70' x 31'

  • 45' of mirror

  • Suspended Sound System (Aux Cord Input)

  • Track Lighting and Suspension System

  • Brick wall background

  • Polished cement floors, high ceilings, & skylights

  • Taped squares on the floor for social distancing purposes

  • Lights and production equipment can be provided at an extra cost

  • We have LIMITED TO NO AVAILABILITY for this room on weekdays from 6:30pm to 10:30pm

Our smaller studio perfect for smaller teams and more intimate groups.

Our flex workspace which can be used as a meeting space or class room.

We have a variety of equipment also available for rental including: lights, stage pieces (4’x4’ can connect together to build bigger stage, microphones, extra audio equipment and more! Please inquire in your message below if you would be interested.
